退款、取消与付款争议政策

通过网站完成的付费交易由最终结算页面标明的记录商户作为卖方向买家收款、开具交易凭证、处理税费、退款和付款争议。CS2 Pro DB 不保存完整银行卡号、安全码或本地钱包凭证。

交易确认邮件、收据和订阅管理链接是处理取消、退款和税务问题的主要凭证。

订阅可随时取消，通常在当前计费周期结束后停止续费。取消不自动产生退款。退款资格由适用法律、记录商户当时有效的退款政策、产品是否已交付、使用程度、技术缺陷和交易情况共同决定。

强制性消费者撤回权、瑕疵救济或其他不可放弃权利始终优先。获得退款后，相应订阅、分析额度、一次性分析包或报告访问可能被撤销。

发现重复扣款、金额错误或疑似未授权交易时，应通过 Paddle 收据管理链接、Paddle Buyer Support 或本页列出的经营者公开邮箱提交交易编号和问题说明；不得提交密码、完整卡号或安全码。

用户依法享有向银行或支付机构提出争议的权利。为防止欺诈和重复赔付，相关账户权益可能在调查期间临时暂停。虚假未交付声明、已使用后恶意拒付或其他付款保护滥用可能导致账户限制。

智能支持可以解释流程、收集非敏感信息和生成案件摘要，但不能批准或拒绝退款、承诺到账日期、裁定欺诈或代替记录商户、银行和人工审核。

处理可能使用交易编号、账户邮箱、订阅状态、交付和使用记录、故障记录及双方通信。所有决定必须遵守适用法律和支付网络规则。

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for any future paid transaction. A buyer may request cancellation or a refund through the View receipt or Manage subscription link in the Paddle transaction email, or through Paddle Buyer Support at https://paddle.net. CS2 Pro DB does not promise approval or a processing date on Paddle's behalf.

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancellation stops future renewal after the current billing period; it does not automatically refund the current or a previous charge. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle's policy in effect for the transaction continue to apply.

The Demo Analysis Pack is a one-time purchase of 5 credits that expire 90 days after purchase. Refund eligibility for subscriptions, one-time credits, technical non-delivery, or consumed credits is assessed under applicable law and Paddle's current policy, including delivery and usage evidence. No unconditional refund is promised.

If a refund is approved, the related subscription access, unused credits, or report access may be revoked. Credits already used for an analysis are not automatically restored or treated as unused, except where applicable law or Paddle's decision requires otherwise.
